What can be returned?

All items can be returned to our warehouse provided they have not been opened and are returned at the buyer's expense.

When do items need to be returned?

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping for returns

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Credit for returns

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns can be made during business hours:

Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Packaging requirements

All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • New, unopened items returned in their original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Opened, assembled, or used items, or items not returned in their original condition, will incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
