Warranty & Returns

1-  Pokerworld offers 3 months  back to base warranty on workmanship and materials and 7 days warranty on Felts.

2- Pokerworld  Warranty Does Not cover :

          Minor scratches or nicks

·        Improper assembly and installation

·        Mishandling during movement or transportation.

3-  In an event of a faulty part or product, we will require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us , where our technician can examine and test the fault. We will then replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty.

4-  For any faulty item returned  back to us , It is buyer’s responsibility for any postage costs.

5-  In the event the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, refund will be made less postage costs.

6-  If the item or product has been damaged during shipping,  upon receiving the item, please contact us within 24 hours so we can organize a replacement  ASAP.

7-  Before purchasing the item , ensure you understand all terms and conditions. By purchasing the item it will be taken  that you understand and accepted all terms and conditions.

A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
